mood, improves your concentration, helps you maintain a healthy weight, and is the foundation of a
healthy diet. We will meet in the private dining room.

The bus was full so let’s do it again! Great conversation and great food served on the Lazy Susan tables.

We care about keeping you, your family, and the community safe. As time goes by, we will keep in touch
with you regarding the reinstatement of events and other Ochsner news, but in the meantime, please
follow the recommended guidelines for maintaining healthy habits.
It is necessary for everyone to provide proof of complete vaccination for our records, even if you do not
plan to attend in-person events in the future. Please email or text a copy of your vaccination card as soon
as you can.
