Eligibility. SBC Fest Day One (March 2024) Giveaway is open internationally to those who are at least 18 years of age at

the time of entry. The Giveaway is not open to employees or independent contractors or immediate family members

(spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren) or those living in the same

household of employees or independent contractors of Scrapbook.com, LLC (“Sponsor,” “we,” or “us”) and its

respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advisors, or advertising/promotion agencies (collectively, the “Giveaways

Entities”).

Bundle $407.30 (1). The total AVR of all prizes is $1,069.30.

Prizes Conditions. Prizes will be fulfilled by Scrapbook.com. If you are selected as the potential winner, Scrapbook.com

will use the information you submit in connection with this Giveaway to fulfill the prize. Winners will be notified and sent

the Scrapbook.com Virtual Gift Certificate once all contact information has been received. Winners will be responsible for

any taxes associated with the Scrapbook.com Virtual Gift Certificate. The Scrapbook.com Virtual Gift Certificate cannot

Prizes Drawing. The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing to be between 8 am. PST and 2:30 p.m. PST

on March 8th, 2024 from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. We must receive eligible entries

during the Giveaway Period for them to be eligible for the drawing. We will announce the winner on the Scrapbook.com

SBC Fest Day One March 2024 video stream by stating the YouTube username in the livestream chat and will notify the

potential prize winner via livestream chat on YouTube from the @scrapbook.com handle. We will select an alternative

potential winner if the potential winner does not respond within 48 hours to confirm their prize and provide all information

needed to fulfill the prize or meet the eligibility criteria. Limit one (1) prize per person for a total of one (1) Giveaway

winner.
