Celebration Dates: September 3, 2019 – September 5, 2019

Each guest visiting the Location on its Celebration Dates will receive an Islands Mystery Complimentary Gift Card
“Complimentary Gift Card.”

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE
YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING A PRIZE.
I. HOW TO ENTER: Visit the Location on the Celebration Dates. You are limited to one (1) entry per visit. THE
SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF CALIFORNIA, ARIZONA, HAWAII, AND
NEVADA WHO ARE EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.
II. GENERAL INFORMATION:
a. The Sweepstakes will be conducted in-store at the Location on the Celebration Date.
b. Each guest eighteen (18) years of age and over will have the opportunity to randomly draw one (1) Complimentary
Gift Card during their visit on the Celebration Dates which can be used at a future visit, but not during the
Celebration Dates. The Complimentary Gift Card cannot be redeemed after 12/31/19.
c. The Sweepstakes will end on the earlier of (a) the close of business on the Celebration Dates, or (b) when the prize
pool is depleted.
d. This Sweepstakes is solely sponsored by Islands. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, administered or endorsed by
INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK, TWITTER or any other media outlets (“Media Entities”).
e. By participating you agree to indemnify Islands and the Media Entities and their respective affiliates, partners,
directors, officers, employees, successors and assigns, and hold them harmless from any and all claims and
expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the prize or your failure to comply with these rules.
III. ELIGIBILITY:
a. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age as of the Celebration Dates to receive a Complimentary Gift Card.
b. You must be a resident of CA, AZ, HI, or NV.
c. Only one (1) entry per person.
d. Islands employees, officers, directors are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
e. Islands reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who does not meet the above eligibility
requirements. Islands may also disqualify any individual suspected of tampering with the entry process or operation
of the Sweepstakes.
IV. PRIZES:
a. Prize Pool: The total prize pool for the North Long Beach location is 900 Complimentary Gift Cards. The prize
pool will contain Complimentary Gift Cards with randomly assigned values in the ranges shown below. Odds of
winning will depend upon the number of entrants. Sponsor may, at its discretion, increase the total number of
Complimentary Gift Cards available.
$5 - 75 % $10 - 20% $20 - 3% $100 - 2%
b. Redemption: The Complimentary Gift Cards may be used at any Islands location but may not be redeemed at the
location during the Celebration Dates but can be used on your next visit or any visit thereafter at any Islands location.
c. Restrictions: The Complimentary Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize.
Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. Islands Complimentary Gift Card terms and conditions apply to
the use of the prizes and are incorporated herein by reference. Each prize winner is solely responsible for all
applicable federal, state and local taxes, including taxes imposed on his/her income.
d. Card Value: There are two ways to determine Complimentary Gift Card value: (1) on your next visit to Islands,
ask an Islands employee to swipe the Complimentary Gift Card and advise you of its value (you are not required to
dine at Islands in order to determine the card value); or (2) check the Complimentary Gift Card balance at our
website, www.IslandsRestaurants.com.
This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, and regulations.
