RIVERVIEW CHARTER SCHOOL
BUS TRANSPORTATION 2022-23
The Beaufort County School District provides bus service to Riverview Charter School utilizing
the same routes available to students at AMES Academy (located at Beaufort Elementary).
Buses have a bus number on the window.
BCSD transportation policy requires that a Parent/Guardian/adult relative must be present at the
bus stop in order for a student to be permitted to get off the bus. Parents should also stay with
their child in the morning until the bus arrives. Should a Parent/Guardian/adult relative not be
present when the bus arrives, the child will be returned to the school and the Parent(s) will be
contacted.
If a change needs to be made to your child’s schedule, you must notify the RCS front office in
advance. If your child’s bus does not arrive at the designated time above, you may call the front
office at RCS at 843-379-0123 or BCSD Student Services at 843-322-0770.
*Students must be registered to ride the bus and RCS must have a filled out bus waiver form 24
hours before the student rides the bus. A new form must be completed each school year.
NO CHANGES TO TRANSPORTATION ARRANGEMENTS MAY BE MADE AFTER 1PM.
