A: Either the Hilti or ACI courses are suggested; please pick the provider that best fits your needs. Hilti’s
certification has been deemed equivalent by the New York Department of Buildings for projects in NYC. For other
jurisdictions, verify the Hilti program is accepted as “equivalent” with the project engineer of record.

A: Once you have registered for a specific course date and have paid the course fee, if space is available you will

A: The course is $300 for the full one-day program. If you are returning for a re-examination, additional fee are

A: No, currently we are only offering the program at the locations referenced in the invitation or Hilti online.

Q: Is this an ACI certification?
A: No, however, this is a certification that has been determined equivalent to ACI 318-11 D 9.2.2.2 by the New York
City Department of Buildings for projects in NYC. For other jurisdictions, as noted in ACI 318-11 D9.2.2.2, ACI
equivalent certifications must be approved by the project engineer of record.
Q: Will I get to do any pre-training before taking the course?
A: Yes, this will be sent to you once you are registered and have paid for the training. We highly encourage you to
complete the online training before attending the certification program.
Q: Do you offer an online only version?
A: No, this training requires hands on training to understand and show in practice that the user can properly install
adhesive anchors
Q: What if I fail either the hands on or written exam portions of the course?
A: You may re-take the hands on portion during the day of the exam one additional time. If you fail the hands on
portion more than once, or if you fail the written exam, you can retake these individual sections or the whole course
