1. Scope
This document describes in detail available test cases for the HTML5 Deployment Suite, based on the html5 specifcation of
the W3C (http://www.w3.org/TR/html51/
). In scope of this Deployment Suite are all commands that are new or changed,
since the last html specification, html4.
The test cases are split in two categories, conformance and interoperability test cases.
The conformance test cases are aimed to verify the adherence to normative requirements described in the technical
specifications.
The interoperability test cases are aimed to verify that implementations of the specifications work satisfactory.
If either conformance or interoperability tests do not exists at the creation of the test specification this part should be marked
not available.

4. Introduction
The purpose of this document is to provide test cases for the HTML5 Deployment Suite, in order to provide conformance test
cases for html5, optimised for the mobile domain based on the latest HTML5 specification of the W3C. Currently there is no
need for interoperability test cases as the enabler is a language and as so only has conformance requirements.
The Test documentation can be used to easily verify the compliance of new versions of browsers and any other web based
host application.
In order to make use of the test suite you need a web server. Please install the latest version of the OMA-TFP-HTML5_DS as
available by the Open Mobile Alliance.
