has been in the Twin Cities theatre scene
for over 13 years. He has worked in other

as Chris (Inspector Carter)
Luke is thrilled to be returning to theatre
at the Old Log! He was last seen at the
Old Log in A Gentleman’s Guide to Love &
Murder as part of the ensemble. Other
previous theatre credits include Chasing
Rainbows (reading), Lend Me a Tenor,
How I Became a Pirate, and Snow White &
the Seven Vikings at the Old Log, Our Town with Artistry in
Bloomington, MN, Flanagan’s Wake with Actors Theatre in St.
Paul, MN, and Pump Boys & Dinettes with Cider Mill Playhouse
in Endicott, NY. Luke is also a film actor who has worked on a
variety of projects, including a new fantasy-adventure web
series, Hidden Falls. Luke was born and raised in Minnesota,
but attended Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY where he graduated
with a BFA in Musical Theatre. Luke returned home and has
enjoyed living and working in the Twin Cities for the past four
years. Luke feels blessed to be able to do what he loves again

Greg also held the role of CEO/co-founder at
Magenic , a software consulting firm for the last
26 years and co-owner of the Old Log Theatre/
Cast & Cru restaurant along with his wonderful
wife of 36 years Marissa. A special thanks to Eric
Morris for allowing Greg to cast himself in the
show.

Neal received his formative
training as a clown with
Ringling Brothers and
Barnum & Bailey Circus. In
2019 he starred in The
Beldenville Troll with Open
Eye Figure Theatre. Prior to this,
notable credits include: Girl Friday Productions/Park
Square (The Skin of Our Teeth), The Jungle Theater
(Next Fall, Noises Off!), Stepping Stone Theatre (A
Charlie Brown Christmas), Artistry (Noises Off!), Lyric
Arts (Flavio Betrayed, Noises Off!), Theatre Pro Rata
(Elephants Graveyard) and Yellow Tree Theatre (One
Man, Two Guvnors.) He has appeared on Jimmy
Kimmel Live! and can be spotted as a street
performer with the Minnesota State Fair and the
Minnesota Renaissance Festival. Neal also
participated twice as an invited guest at the AEMI
Comedy Festival in China.

ERIC MORRIS Director
Eric is grateful to be celebrating
the reopening of the Old Log Theatre
with this tremendous show. Eric
directed Old Logs critically acclaimed
production of A Gentleman’s Guide to
Love & Murder. Other Old Log directing
credits include Ghost: The Musical,
Lend Lend Me a Tenor, Tenderly: The
Rosemary Clooney Musical, The Dixie Swim Club, How I
Became a Pirate, Winnie-the-Pooh, and The Emperors New
Clothes. As an actor in the Twin Cities, Eric has performed in
Guys & Dolls at the Guthrie Theater, The Bridges of Madison
County at Artistry Theater, and Assassins at Theatre Latte Da.
Other Twin Cities collaborators: Old Log Theatre, History
Theater, Mill City Summer Opera, Nautilus Music-Theater,
Chanhassen Dinner Theatres, and Second Fiddle Productions.
Regional collaborators: Dayton Opera, Beef & Boards, Gallery
Players, and the Heritage Theatre Festival. Eric spent this
summer in Michigan at the Barn Theatre for their historic 75
th
season. He appeared in 9 to 5, Mamma Mia, and The
Wedding Singer. Eric also directed their production of
SpongeBob SquarePants: The Broadway Musical. Eric holds a
BFA in Musical Theater from Ithaca College.
ERIK PAULSON Scenic/Lighting Designer
As resident Designer, Erik
has enjoyed inventing the
visual worlds of the plays
at Old Log over the past
eight seasons. Before
collaborating on this stage,
Erik designed regionally
and locally including Palm Beach Opera, Repertory
Theatre of St. Louis, Great River Shakespeare
Festival, Madison Opera, History Theatre, Park
Square, Nautilus Music- Theater and Minnetonka
Theatre. He is proud to be a founding member of
the Great River Shakespeare Festival. Erik shares his
home in Minneapolis with his lovely wife and son.

AARON PREUSSE Fight Director
Aaron is thrilled to make his
Old Log debut with this show
and talented team! Aaron is
the Founder and Grand High
PooBah of the Fake Fighting
Company. He is also the Mid
America Regional Rep and a
Certified Teacher and Fight
Director with the Society of
American Fight Directors. Aaron
also received honors of Advanced Gold with
Recommendation from the British Academy of Dramatic
Combat. Aaron has created fights for the Guthrie Theater,
the Ordway Center for Performing Arts, Minnesota Opera,
the Children’s Theatre Companys Theatre Arts Training
Senior and Junior Intensives and Senior Showcase,
Commonweal Theatre Company, Park Square Theatre,
Gremlin Theatre, Theatre in the Round, Theatre Pro Rata,
Red Bird Theatre, Skylark Opera, Lyric Arts Company of
Anoka, the University of Minnesota, the Saint Paul
Conservatory for Performing Artists as well as many other
theatres, schools and universities in the region.

Evan has been working in
the Twin Cities theatre
community for the last
decade. He went to school
for technical theatre at the
University of Minnesota,
Morris. He began working at
the Old Log Theatre
September of 2019. This show marks the most
complicated set of his career and may remain thus
for decades to come. Evan's favorite employee is
the shop dog known as Perry, who gets to go to
work with Evan nearly every day.

NICKI CRAIG SET PAINTER
Nicki is a lifelong painter,
capturer of story, doodler and
embellisher who received her
BA(Hons) in Fine art (painting)
from Norwich University of the
Arts in Norwich England. After
her TransAtlantic move to MN
many years ago (let's not be
TOO specific!) Nicki began working with interior
designers in residential and commercial spaces
producing murals, commissioned artwork and
decorative wall finishes. In 2011 Nicki added Graphic
Recording ( producing live visual notes at events and
conferences ) to her visual practice, developing her
digital art skills as well as working large scale on paper
with good old analog tools. Since 2013 Nicki has been
the Scenic painter at the Old Log bringing her painting
skills to our sets and is especially happy to be back and
working on such a colorful extravaganza of a set with

ABBEE WARMBOE Props Designer
Abbee is a freelance props
designer based in Minneapolis.
Having grown up in Minnesota she
is happy to have made a career for
herself here, working on over 200
productions with 37 different companies
over the last decade. Past productions with Old Log
include Dixie Swim Club and A Gentleman’s Guide to Love
and Murder. Recent work includes Animate with Mixed
Blood Theatre, What to Send Up When It Goes Down with
Pillsbury House Theatre, Handprints with Ten Thousand
Things Theater and Freestyle Films, and Today Is My
Birthday with Theater Mu. She also often collaborates with
Theater Latte Da, Penumbra Theater, Ordway Center, History
Theater, among others. Abbee is a 2020-2021 McKnight
Theater Artist Fellow at the Playwrights’ Center.

Samson Perry is excited to

the Twin Cities, Samson can be found at Elk River
High School where he directs and occasionally
writes shows for his wonderful students.
